LOMA™ Forged Wheels - Warranty Information

ATTENTION: LOMA™ Forged Wheels are crafted to endure the most arduous conditions, and as such, we offer a lifetime warranty against STRUCTURAL DEFECT in materials to the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser. Under normal and reasonable use, LOMA™ Forged Wheels are warranted against any defect in finish to the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

This warranty entails repair or replacement of wheels, at LOMA's discretion, for any wheels deemed defective and covered under warranty. Please note that transportation costs, installation costs, or loss of use are not covered under this warranty. Accessories identified as defective in workmanship or materials while the wheel is under warranty will be fixed or replaced. However, the wheel will not be replaced due to defects in accessories.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor from whom the wheels were purchased.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:

​

1. Wheels NOT purchased from an authorized dealer.

2. Any damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident. Any damage or defect caused by racing or off-road use or by road hazard impact.

3. Wheels that have been altered, repaired, or modified.

4. Wheels installed with spacers or adapters.

5. Wheels installed with incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.

6. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, or neglect.

7. Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance.

8. Blemishes, peeling, or discoloration on the backside of the wheel.

9. Fading or discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements.

10. Appearance blemishes or defects on wheels that have been mounted.

The LOMA™ Forged Wheels Warranty is exclusively valid to the original consumer/purchaser of a wheel bought in the United Arab Emirates or United States of America, and when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid with proof of purchase. This Warranty does not cover removal or installation expenses.

At LOMA™ Forged Wheels, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products, and we are confident that you will love your new wheels.

1. Wheels NOT purchased from an authorized dealer:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels are only sold through authorized dealers and distributors. Wheels purchased from unauthorized sellers or individuals, including but not limited to online marketplaces and auction sites, are not covered under warranty. We highly recommend that you purchase your LOMA™ Forged Wheels from an authorized dealer to ensure that you receive authentic, high-quality products and that your warranty is valid.

Please note that counterfeit or imitation wheels are prevalent in the market and often sold at lower prices. These products may appear similar to LOMA™ Forged Wheels but are made with inferior materials and may not meet safety and performance standards. Counterfeit wheels are also likely to fail and cause damage to your vehicle. In addition, counterfeit products are not covered under LOMA's warranty, even if they are sold under the LOMA™ brand name.

For your safety and peace of mind, always purchase LOMA™ Forged Wheels from an authorized dealer or distributor. If you are unsure about the authenticity of a product or seller, please contact LOMA™ Forged Wheels directly for assistance.

2. Any damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.

Any damage or defect caused by racing or off-road use or by road hazard impact: LOMA™ Forged Wheels are designed and engineered for normal and reasonable use on the road, and are not intended for extreme or abusive conditions such as racing or off-road use. Damage caused by abusive or extreme use, including but not limited to impact with curbs, potholes, or other road hazards, is not covered under warranty. In addition, damage or defect caused by accidents, neglect, or misuse is also not covered.

We recommend that you exercise caution and good judgment when driving with LOMA™ Forged Wheels, and take steps to avoid excessive or unnecessary impact with road hazards. Regular inspection and maintenance of your wheels, including proper cleaning and polishing, can also help to prevent damage and ensure that your wheels remain in good condition.

If your LOMA™ Forged Wheels are damaged due to an accident or other external factor, we recommend that you have them inspected and repaired by a qualified technician as soon as possible. Continuing to drive with damaged wheels can compromise the safety and performance of your vehicle and may cause further damage to the wheels or other components.

3. Wheels that have been altered, repaired or modified:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels are designed and manufactured to meet strict quality and safety standards. Any alteration, modification or repair to the wheels, including but not limited to welding, machining or painting, can compromise the integrity and safety of the wheels and is not covered under warranty.

If you wish to customize or modify your LOMA™ Forged Wheels, we recommend that you work with a qualified technician or authorized dealer to ensure that the modifications are safe and compatible with the original design and engineering of the wheels. LOMA™ Forged Wheels is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss that results from any modification or alteration made to the wheels.

In addition, any attempt to repair or modify the wheels by an unauthorized party may also void the warranty. If you believe that your LOMA™ Forged Wheels have a defect or require repair, please contact an authorized dealer or distributor to have them inspected and repaired.

4. Wheels installed with spacers or adapters:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels are designed and engineered to fit specific vehicle makes and models, with specifications for wheel size, offset and bolt pattern that are carefully calculated to ensure the best possible fit, performance, and safety. Any use of spacers or adapters can significantly alter these specifications and may compromise the integrity and safety of the wheels, tires, and suspension components.

Therefore, any damage or defects caused by the use of spacers or adapters are not covered under warranty. Additionally, LOMA™ Forged Wheels will not replace or repair any wheels that have been damaged or altered due to the use of spacers or adapters. You can use spacers with a written permission of LOMA™ for example for widebody kits.

We strongly advise against using spacers or adapters with LOMA™ Forged Wheels, as they can cause a range of issues, including vibrations, wheel misalignment, and increased stress on the wheel bearings and suspension components. If you are unsure about the compatibility of your LOMA™ Forged Wheels with your vehicle, please consult with an authorized dealer or technician for guidance.

5. Wheels installed with incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels are designed and engineered to work with specific tire sizes and loads, which are determined by the vehicle manufacturer and specified in the owner's manual. Any use of incorrect tire sizes or excessive loads can create stress and wear on the wheels, which may lead to damage, defects, and even accidents.

Therefore, any damage or defects caused by the use of incorrect tire sizes or excessive loads are not covered under warranty. Additionally, LOMA™ Forged Wheels will not replace or repair any wheels that have been damaged or altered due to the use of incorrect tire sizes or excessive loads.

To ensure the best possible performance and safety of your LOMA™ Forged Wheels, we recommend that you use the tire sizes and loads specified by your vehicle manufacturer. If you are unsure about the correct tire sizes and loads for your vehicle, please consult with an authorized dealer or technician for guidance.

6. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, or neglect:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels are crafted using high-quality materials and finishes that are designed to resist corrosion and withstand the elements. However, certain chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, and climate conditions can still cause damage to the wheels over time. Neglecting to clean or maintain the wheels can also cause cosmetic flaws and corrosion.

Therefore, any cosmetic flaws or corrosion occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, or neglect are not covered under warranty. Additionally, LOMA™ Forged Wheels will not replace or repair any wheels that have been damaged or altered due to exposure to such conditions.

To prevent cosmetic flaws and corrosion, we recommend cleaning your LOMA™ Forged Wheels regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or caustic cleaning agents, which can damage the wheel finishes. If your wheels have been exposed to harsh conditions, such as road salt or coastal environments, we recommend taking extra care to clean and maintain them. If you notice any cosmetic flaws or signs of corrosion, we recommend addressing them promptly to prevent further damage.

7. Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels with chrome finishes are crafted using a high-quality plating process to ensure a durable and long-lasting finish. However, regular maintenance is required to ensure the chrome finish remains in good condition. Failure to maintain the chrome finish can lead to pitting, discoloration, and other cosmetic flaws.

Therefore, any chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance is not covered under warranty. Additionally, LOMA™ Forged Wheels will not replace or repair any wheels that have been damaged or altered due to lack of maintenance.

To ensure your LOMA™ Forged Wheels with chrome finishes remain in good condition, we recommend cleaning them regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the chrome finish. We also recommend using a high-quality wax or polish specifically designed for chrome finishes to protect the wheels and maintain their shine. Regular maintenance can help prevent pitting, discoloration, and other cosmetic flaws, ensuring your LOMA™ Forged Wheels look their best for years to come.

8. Blemishes, peeling, or discoloration on the back side of the wheel:

While LOMA™ Forged Wheels are crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality, it's important to note that the back side of the wheel is not considered a finished surface. As such, any blemishes, peeling, or discoloration that occur on the back side of the wheel are not covered under warranty.

Additionally, LOMA™ Forged Wheels will not replace or repair any wheels that have been damaged or altered due to blemishes, peeling, or discoloration on the back side of the wheel.

To maintain the best possible appearance for your LOMA™ Forged Wheels, we recommend cleaning both the front and back sides of the wheel regularly with a mild soap and water solution. While cosmetic flaws may occur on the back side of the wheel, keeping it clean and free from debris can help prolong the life and appearance of the wheel.

9. Fading or discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels with chrome or painted accent accessories are crafted to withstand normal exposure to weather and road conditions. However, exposure to harsh chemicals or caustic elements such as road salts, acids, or other corrosive substances can cause fading or discoloration of these finishes over time.

Therefore, any fading or discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements is not covered under warranty. Additionally, LOMA™ Forged Wheels will not replace or repair any wheels that have been damaged or altered due to exposure to these elements.

To prevent fading or discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories, we recommend washing your LOMA™ Forged Wheels regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, and take care to remove any substances that may have splashed onto the wheel from the road. Regular cleaning can help prevent the buildup of corrosive substances, prolonging the life and appearance of the chrome or painted accent accessories.

10. Appearance blemishes or defects on wheels that have been mounted:

LOMA™ Forged Wheels are crafted to the highest standards, with rigorous quality control processes to ensure that each wheel meets our exacting specifications. However, minor blemishes or defects in appearance can occur during the mounting process, particularly if the installer is not experienced or does not follow proper procedures.

Therefore, any appearance blemishes or defects on wheels that have been mounted are not covered under warranty. Additionally, LOMA™ Forged Wheels will not replace or repair any wheels that have been damaged or altered due to the mounting process.

To ensure that your LOMA™ Forged Wheels are mounted correctly and without damage, we recommend using an experienced and reputable installer who is familiar with our products. Make sure that the installer uses the appropriate equipment and follows all recommended procedures for mounting the wheels, as well as for tightening lug nuts or bolts to the manufacturer's specifications. Following these guidelines can help prevent appearance blemishes or defects and prolong the life and appearance of your LOMA™ Forged Wheels.
