Our commitment to excellence in the wheel industry is evident in our latest technological breakthrough: AI Performance Optimized forged wheels. Our engineers have tirelessly worked to enhance the ride comfort of your luxury vehicle, even when equipped with our largest 24-inch wheels.
This achievement has been made possible by integrating race data from over 18 years of motorsport into our AI system. However, this is not enough. Improving a forged wheel requires more than just this data. Vehicle driving specifics and ride behavior must be recorded, such as those taken from a Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge.
Only when both sets of data are combined does our AI have sufficient information to make improvements. This meticulous process must be carried out for each wheel, regardless of size, width, or vehicle model. What a hassle. But that's just how we are.
A floating cap is a design feature on alloy wheels where the center cap appears to "float/spins" above the wheel surface, creating a distinctive look.
The cap is usually held in place by a hidden retention system, giving the appearance that it is seamlessly integrated into the wheel design. This design element adds an extra touch of style and sophistication to the overall look of the wheel.

Products made from forged 6061 aluminum, sometimes referred to as “Alloy 61S,” are among the most commonly produced types of aluminum products. 6061 aluminum alloys perform well in most situations and are truly suitable as a versatile aluminum material for a variety of applications.
Forged wheels made from this material are produced worldwide. Only a few manufacturers also use 6065 and 7075 aluminum, which contain more magnesium to achieve even higher performance, such as McLaren, Porsche, or LOMA Forged™.
6065 Aluminum is an aluminum alloy belonging to the 6000 series. It is significantly alloyed with both magnesium and silicon, and the alloy is specifically designed for primary forming into wrought products. The Aluminum Association (AA) designates this material as 6065, while in European standards, it is identified as EN AW-6065.
This material is denser and allows for more efficient removal of excess material during milling, resulting in lighter yet robust forged products. As a tuning wheel manufacturer, LOMA Forged™ distinguishes itself with this “Unique Selling Point” in offering a full warranty, even for track use, demonstrating its confidence in the exceptional durability of this series despite the significant stresses involved.
In comparison to 6061, alloys 6065 has a lot more Magnesium in it and is easier to extrude and are less quench sensitive, allowing them to be used for more complex shapes.
