The LOMA® Luxury Forged Concave Wheels are made for the Gentleman that wants to give an extra portion of luxury and performance to his Rolls-Royce, Bentley or Porsche. Naturally, we offer this beautiful forged concave wheels also for Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes AMG, Range Rover, Porsche and many other vehicle brands.
These Forged Rims are available in 20”, 21”, 22”, 23” and 24”-Inches. At LOMA® you can choose between a color palette of thousands and colors in Matt, gloss or a beautiful Diamond finish. All our wheels are produced from T6061 Forged Aluminum (tempered AlMg1Bi1Si).

LOMA® FORGED WHEELS ARE CNC MACHINED USING LOMA’S EUROPEAN’S HIGH TECH T6065 (TEMPERED ALMG1BI1SI) ALUMINUM WITH OUR PATENTED FORGING PROCESSES TO GAIN THE STRONGEST STRUCTURE. TO PROVIDE ANY VEHICLE WITH THE MOST EFFICIENT SPOKE PROFILE AND DESIGN, OUR FORGINGS ARE SPECIALLY CALCULATED AND ENGINEERED WITHOUT THE USAGE OF SURPLUS MATERIAL ON THE FRONT OR REAR SIDE OF THE FORGED WHEELS. THIS TO ACCOMMODATE ANY DESIGN FROM STRAIGHT UNTIL SUPER DEEP CONCAVE PROFILES. THIS IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING IN DESIGN ALLOW US TO PRODUCE WIDTHS FROM 8.5” INCHES WITH MAXIMUM CONCAVITY EQUAL TO THAT OF A 13.0” INCHES.
Nowadays we use our standards in 3D Product Design and development, this as many other specialized colleagues in high-tech manufacturing. These digital 3D designs visualize new possibilities and strengths in our end products. Every day within LOMA® we level up and set our goals higher to challenge ourselves. Here we hold on to the good old days in research and development, that is upmost important to us. Next to several standard digital 3D-Processes, sets of 1:1 sized prototypes are produced. Nondestructive, as acoustic and laser testing goes before our destructive tests where we fully appreciate our engineers and the importance of this engineering department. What happens behind the scenes? Between our spotless white walls, we motivate and develop our engineers for ongoing endless configurations and shapes with results in their profession with passion in solutions finding that most common engineers never dreamed about.
Since the very beginning in 2008, LOMA® is very proud to be one of the few companies in the world that manufacture Forged Wheels entirely in-house. From Stuttgart, Germany relocating to the south of Spain and Italy. Opening in Taiwan and the United States whereas the United Kingdom quickly followed, we finalized in our headquarters and design department in Monte Carlo, Monaco. In the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at LOMA®, we feature a broad range of up to date machinery with over 286 milling machines, 3 and 5 axes vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines, SLM — Selective Laser Melting machines, CFRP injection molding machines, digital controlled horizontal autoclaves for composite automotive products and curing (12 vacuum lines, inside size 2.5M × 8 M), automated spray painting robotic line, 220 M/CAL Automatic conveyor powder coating oven.
While other colleagues and manufacturers only talk highly about their wishes, LOMA® will surprise you in her involvement in Motorsport since the beginning in 2008. Challenging? Yes indeed, yes for sure, it gave our development and production a very hard time during those intense efforts. Where the phrases “difficult, impossible and solved” became the standard. We joined as a beginner in full operating race teams that expect only the best. This gave us several possibilities to learn and to grow exponentially. We learned many specialities that we were very fortunate to learn during this difficult and long intense path. All these experiences are now paved out and visible to the eye, tactile and usable in our LOMA® Forged Wheels that are made for winners who started the challenge.
SUPERLIGHT isn't just a word at LOMA®. As one of the few manufacturers in the world, we are using European T6065 (tempered AlMg1Bi1Si) forged aluminum which is around Plus 30% Stiffer and Stronger with Desired Flexible Characters and therefore Extremely Lightweight. Our patented designed “Rings” around the barrel allow us, to reduce even more weight while carrying more radial axle load on any vehicle.
